Michelle Chan is a writer and founder and president of Parents Against CPS Corruption. PACC is a Family Rights Activist group that started in San Francisco, in January 2017. After protesting the San Francisco Superior Court over 25 times and publishing 8 articles in the San Francisco Bay View newspaper, we forced a corrupt judge, Judge Nancy L. Davis, into retirement. In 2018, our efforts expanded into Contra Costa County, where we are demanding the resignations of Judges Rebecca Hardie, Lois Haight, and Jill Fannin. In San Francisco, we are still demanding the removals of Judge Susan Breall of the San Francisco Superior Court, and of Sylvia Deporto, deputy director of San Francisco CPS.
